- Rump steak600 g
- Baby potatoes600 g
- Green beans300 g
- Butter40 g
- Garlic6 cloves
- Fresh parsley1 pack

- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Smoked paprika2 tsp
- Dried oregano2 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1 tsp

Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Halve the potatoes and toss with oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Air-fry the potatoes for 15 minutes, in batches if your basket is small, shaking halfway through.
- Meanwhile cut the steak into chunks and season.
- Sear the steak in batches over a high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, then set aside.
- Lower the heat, add the butter and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Return the steak to the pan and toss in the garlic butter with the parsley.
- Add the green beans to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes.
- Serve the steak bites with the potatoes and beans.
Tip: Rest the steak for a couple of minutes before serving so it stays juicy.
